It’s aggravating to deal with poor refund policies. It can often feel like the company is merely trying to take advantage of you. We never wish our customers to experience such feelings; hence our refund policy is clear-cut: If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with qodaly, reach out to our support team, and we’ll be there for you.

Examples of full refunds we’d provide

  • If you were recently billed for your subsequent year with qodaly but intended to cancel, we’ll promptly refund the extra charge.
  • If you missed canceling qodaly a few months ago and haven’t engaged with qodaly during this period, we’ll provide a full refund for those months. It’s all good.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d offer

  • If you overlooked canceling qodaly a year back, and there have been interactions on your account ever since, we’ll evaluate your account activity to determine a fair partial refund.
  • Upgraded your account a while ago to a superior plan but didn’t utilize the additional features or storage? However, if you still continued using qodaly, we might consider providing a prorated credit for upcoming months.
  • Should we experience prolonged downtime (several hours in one day or on multiple days within a month), or if you contacted our customer service and it took days to get a response, a partial credit might be added to your account.

Instances where we won’t process refunds

  • Misbehavior of any form towards our staff, be it verbal, physical, or written.
  • Any attempts, successful or otherwise, to mimic, replicate, distribute, sell, or exploit any segment of qodaly.
